Chinese Housebound Project\u5bb6\u5c45\u8b77\u7406\u8a08\u5283<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Chinese Housebound Project (CHP) aims to provide a high quality domiciliary care service for Chinese elders who are frail, affected by mental health illnesses, or physically disabled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our objective is to maintain a high quality domiciliary care service that meets the requirements of health and social care regulations. The service is registered and approved by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This project provides a service that is culturally appropriate to the social and practical needs of the housebound Chinese people in the community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Advocacy and advice service \u5021\u8b70\u53ca\u8aee\u8a62\u670d\u52d9<\/p>\n

The aim of our advocacy and advice service is to assist people of Chinese origin who reside in Camden or in boroughs where there are no Chinese community centre to access services provided by the statutory and voluntary sector.<\/p>\n

Our advice service targets the Chinese community focusing on older people on low income, the unemployed, and people on benefits and housebound. Last year, we provided advice on 1309 enquiries by helping to interpret and translate issues around benefits, finance, housing, and health.<\/p>\n

Advice sessions can be provided face-to-face or over the phone. Sessions can be pre-booked to see our adviser.<\/p>\n

\u672c\u4e2d\u5fc3\u8a2d\u7acb\u5021\u8b70\u53ca\u8aee\u8a62\u670d\u52d9\u7684\u76ee\u7684\u5728\u65bc\u5354\u52a9\u7518\u9813\u5340\u53ca\u5176\u9130\u5340\u6c92\u6709\u83ef\u4eba\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u4e0d\u8af3\u82f1\u8a9e\u7684\u83ef\u4eba\u7372\u5f97\u653f\u5e9c\u6a5f\u69cb\u3001\u81ea\u9858\u5718\u9ad4\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u6a5f\u69cb\u6240\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u5404\u7a2e\u798f\u5229\u548c\u670d\u52d9\u3002<\/p>\n

\u6211\u5011\u7684\u8aee\u8a62\u670d\u52d9\u91dd\u5c0d\u83ef\u4eba\u793e\u5340\u4e4b\u4f4e\u6536\u5165\u3001\u5931\u696d\u3001\u9818\u53d6\u798f\u5229\u4ee5\u53ca\u884c\u52d5\u4e0d\u4fbf\u7684\u8001\u5e74\u4eba\u3002\u53bb\u5e74\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e861309\u5b97\u8aee\u8a62\u670d\u52d9\uff0c\u65bc\u798f\u5229\u3001\u8ca1\u653f\u3001\u623f\u5c4b\u53ca\u5065\u5eb7\u554f\u984c\u4e0a\u63d0\u4f9b\u7ffb\u8b6f\u4ee5\u53ca\u5e6b\u52a9\u3002<\/p>\n

The aim of our community development work is to identify the specific needs of our users and address their needs through individual contact and various social, educational and recreational activities. Our intention is to improve our user\u2019s quality of life by developing their knowledge, abilities, confidence and social skills.<\/p>\n

\u6211\u5011\u7684\u793e\u5340\u767c\u5c55\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u76ee\u7684\u662f\u8981\u627e\u51fa\u670d\u52d9\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u5177\u9ad4\u9700\u8981\uff0c\u4e26\u901a\u904e\u500b\u4eba\u806f\u7e6b\u548c\u5404\u7a2e\u793e\u6703\u3001\u6559\u80b2\u53ca\u5eb7\u6a02\u6d3b\u52d5\u6eff\u8db3\u4ed6\u5011\u3002\u6211\u5011\u7684\u76ee\u7684\u662f\u6539\u5584\u670d\u52d9\u5404\u6703\u54e1\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u3001\u64f4\u95ca\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u77e5\u8b58\u3001\u80fd\u529b\u3001\u4fe1\u5fc3\u548c\u793e\u4ea4\u6280\u5de7\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u63d0\u5347\u5176\u751f\u6d3b\u8cea\u7d20\u3002<\/p>\n

The aim of our volunteering programme is to provide a network and a range of services to improve the quality of life of Chinese elderly that is not currently provided by the statutory sector.<\/p>\n

Our volunteers play an invaluable role in our community centre and support our work on a wide range of activities, such as:<\/p>\n
